At Pout Perfect, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Opened or used makeup products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Any product marked as "non-returnable" in the product description

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Approval: We will respond with instructions on how to return your item, along with an approval confirmation.
  3. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@poutperfect.us.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@poutperfect.us with your order details, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@poutperfect.us with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, for any defective items.
